Welcome to the Mental Health & Wellness page! As you can see, we’ve split it into two segments: Mental Health Resources and Coping Strategies.

On the Mental Health Resources page, you will find a number of external sources that provide information on mental illness, stress, and seeking help for whatever you may be struggling with.

On the Coping Strategies page, you’ll find all of our personal favourite strategies to cope with stress, mental health struggles and ways to take care of your mental health. We’ve also included some helpful breathing and mindfulness tips!
